John has over 25 years of broad experience in manufacturing state-of-the-art products in the medical device and aerospace industries. Most recently, he was the Vice President, Operations of Medasys (formerly Inset Technologies), a start-up company developing an implantable infusion pump for chronic pain management. Previously, he was the interim COO at Micell Technologies. Prior to that he was the President & CEO at IntraLuminal Therapeutics leading it through initial US commercialization until its purchase by Kensey Nash. He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management at the University of Kansas. John holds 28 US patents on various medical devices.
