Jim serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Micell Technologies and brings more than 20 years of financial management experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry.

Prior to joining Micell, Jim was the Chief Financial Officer of Adherex Technologies, a dual listed public biotech company in both the United States and Canada. Jim was responsible for the finance, SEC reporting, accounting, treasury, human resources, information technology and investor relations of the Company.

Jim has served in several senior management positions with biotech and pharmaceutical companies. As the Chief Financial Officer of Triangle Pharmaceuticals, he was part of a team that led the Company to a successful initial public offering and a NASDAQ listing. Jim's previous positions include financial roles at Glaxo Wellcome, Burroughs Wellcome and began his career at PriceWaterhouse.

Jim is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor of accountancy from the University of Mississippi.
